As a student, you have the right to request an explanation for your grade. Sometimes this is provided by the examiner in Moodle directly. If not, you will need to request your grade explanation via the exam administrator. This must be done within 2 weeks of the date your grade has been published.

The exam administrator will forward your request to the examiner who will then provide a written grade explanation for you via the comments box for the assignment within Moodle. Alternatively, you may receive the explanation by email. You will normally receive the grade explanation within 10 working days after the request has been made (excluding holidays). If you have not received it within this time, please send a follow up email to firstname.lastname@example.org
